Police Brutality In Oakland (Bart)  

Oscar Grant, 22, was fatally shot on the platform of Fruitvale Station. BART officers reported an altercation on a Dublin/Pleasanton bound train. BART Police responded.

The authorities did not relate how the officer’s firearm was discharged. Witnesses told the press that Grant was on the ground and handcuffed when he was shot. BART police have started internal and criminal investigations on this fatal shooting.
